What California Psychics Is Known For
California Psychics has offered readings since 1995 and describes a selective hiring process: its homepage says it accepts “only 2 out of every 100 psychics”. Readings are by phone and chat, there’s an app (published on the App Store by Outlook Amusements, Inc., rated 4.7 from about 5,000 ratings when we checked), and its satisfaction promise reads “If your reading isn’t life changing, it’s free,” with a request to contact customer care within 24 hours. It is a well-established service with a loyal following.
People look at alternatives for a few common reasons:
- Per-minute price. California Psychics lists its psychics at $5 to $23 a minute. Many experienced readers elsewhere charge under $5.
- A different kind of welcome offer. Some people prefer free minutes or a credit they can spend with any reader to an intro package.
- Video readings, which California Psychics’ homepage doesn’t list.
- A saved record of the reading to re-read later.
- A bigger pool to choose from, with each reader’s full review history visible.
