I've been a dedicated metaphysics enthusiast for years. Starting at 21, I began self-studying astrology, tarot, psychology, and eventually BaZi (Chinese Four Pillars) and feng shui — not as a passing interest, but as a genuine, ongoing exploration that I return to in my free time again and again. Over the years, I've spent a lot of my spare hours diving deep into these different systems, cross-referencing ideas across traditions, and building a real working understanding of how these frameworks operate.

I'm not a professional practitioner — I'm someone who genuinely loves this world and has put in the time to learn it from the inside.

How I Got Into Online Psychic Readings

About three years ago, I started exploring the world of online psychic readings. I was curious — as someone with a background in metaphysics, I wanted to see what the experience was actually like from the customer side. So I started booking sessions across different platforms and with different readers, spending my own money to see what was out there.

I also spent a lot of time reading through the internet — forums, Reddit threads, review sites, community discussions — collecting as much real user experience as I could find. And what I discovered was a market that was, frankly, all over the place:

• Nobody was doing the work. There was no single, trustworthy place where someone who actually understood these traditions was evaluating platforms and readers before people spent their money.

That gap is why I built Eastern Alignment.

Why This Site Exists

I created Eastern Alignment to be the resource I wished existed when I started. A straightforward, honest site that helps people who are genuinely looking for online psychic reading services — whether it's their first time or they've been burned before — make better decisions before they spend.

This isn't a marketing site pretending to be a review site. It's a small, independent project run by one person who cares about this space and wants to do it right.

How I Research & Review

Every review and guide on Eastern Alignment is built on a layered process that I've refined over time. 1. Direct platform testing — I create real accounts and pay with my own money. Nothing beyond the standard welcome offers any new client receives — no sponsored credits, no press accounts, no special treatment.
2. Multi-reader sampling — I don't judge a platform on one reader. I test across different specialties, price tiers, and communication formats to understand the platform's range.
3. Community research — I systematically gather and analyze real user experiences from forums, Reddit, review aggregators, and social communities — separating genuine signal from noise.
4. AI-assisted analysis — I use current AI tools to help process large volumes of public information efficiently, surface patterns in user sentiment, and catch things manual review might miss.
5. Metaphysical competency lens — Because I've studied these traditions myself for years, I can assess whether a reader's approach is actually coherent and skilled — not just whether they were friendly.
6. Ongoing updates — Platforms change, readers come and go, pricing shifts. I revisit and update my content when the evidence changes.

What We Publish — And What We Don't

I want to be transparent about an important editorial decision.

To be completely honest, to avoid unnecessary legal headaches or potential retaliation, I will probably never publish a master "blacklist" of platforms or readers to avoid. But please don't mistake my silence for approval. As someone who deeply respects these traditions, I absolutely despise seeing them used for manipulation—whether that's through scare tactics, hidden billing traps, or emotional exploitation. What I can publish is the catalogue of manipulative patterns I screen for, which tells you more about how to protect yourself than any list of names would.

As a general rule, I don't go out of my way to publish negative hit pieces. If a platform or reader doesn't meet my standards, I simply don't feature them. I don't recommend them, and I don't give them visibility on this site.

That said, I want to be clear: the absence of a platform or reader from this site doesn't mean they're bad. It may simply mean I haven't had the time or budget to test them yet. Eastern Alignment is a one-person operation, and there are real limits to what I can cover at any given time. I'm working on expanding, but I'd rather publish nothing than publish something I haven't personally verified.

An Honest Word About Limitations

I've put a lot of effort into making my research methodology as rigorous as I can. I use structured analysis, draw on years of personal study across multiple metaphysical traditions, collect data from every relevant source I can find, and use AI tools to help process and synthesize information at scale. I genuinely try to give you the clearest, most reliable picture possible.

But I want to be upfront: none of this can guarantee a perfect fit for every person in every situation. Metaphysical guidance is inherently personal. A reader who connects deeply with one person may not click with another. A platform that fits your needs today may not be the right choice six months from now with a different question.

What I publish reflects my experience, my research, and my best honest judgment — not a universal guarantee. I can't promise that every recommendation will work perfectly for you. What I can promise is that I'll always tell you what I actually found — including the parts I'm uncertain about — and that I will never trade that honesty for anything.
