How this review was made. On October 9, 2026 we pulled every advisor card in Mysticsense’s public directory — 1,034 of the 1,049 profiles its homepage counts — and read its free-minutes page, refund policy, members’ terms, customer-wellbeing policy and the review policy of its sister site. Every number below comes from that pull and is stored in our audit data. We have not yet run paid test readings on Mysticsense; when we do, the results will be added here with a dated note. Until then, treat this as a review of the platform’s prices, rules and roster — the parts you can check before spending a dollar.
Most Mysticsense reviews you will find are a paragraph of marketing copy and a coupon button. That skips the two things that actually decide whether it is a good deal for you: what its advisors really charge, and what happens when a reading goes badly. We went through both line by line.
The short version is that Mysticsense and its sister site SpiritualBlossom have the lowest typical rates of the six platforms we review, by a clear margin, and Mysticsense’s free-minutes offer is genuinely generous. But it protects you less than Kasamba or PsychicOz once money has been spent, and its star ratings are softer than they look.
Quick answer: Mysticsense is legitimate and unusually cheap: the median advisor lists $2.17/min, and 78% list under $3/min. New clients get their first 5 minutes credited back after the first reading (deposit $15, not $10, if your advisor charges over $2/min). The trade-off is protection: refunds after a reading are time-back credit capped at 10 minutes, and the review feed is moderated. Best for budget chat and phone readings on love questions.
The 5 Free Minutes, Decoded
Mysticsense advertises “5 minutes free,” and the offer is real, but it is a credit-back, not a free trial. Here is the mechanism, straight from its claim page and FAQ:
- Open an account and make a first deposit of at least $10.
- Have your first reading with any advisor.
- After the reading, Mysticsense credits the first 5 minutes back to your balance, at the per-minute rate you paid.
The credit has a ceiling that most coupon pages leave out: $10 if your first deposit was $10, or $15 if it was $15 or more. That cap changes the right move depending on who you book:
| Advisor’s rate | 5 minutes costs | Credited back with a $10 deposit | Credited back with a $15 deposit |
|---|---|---|---|
| $1.42/min (cheapest 10% of advisors) | $7.10 | $7.10 | $7.10 |
| $2.17/min (the median advisor) | $10.85 | $10.00 | $10.85 |
| $3.00/min | $15.00 | $10.00 | $15.00 |
| $3.67/min (dearest 10% start here) | $18.35 | $10.00 | $15.00 |
The practical rule: deposit $15 if your advisor charges more than $2.00/min. At the median rate a $10 deposit leaves 85 cents on the table; at $3/min it leaves $5. Below $2/min the deposit size makes no difference.
Two more details matter. The credit is account balance, not cash, so it only has value if you book again. And because it refunds minutes you have already used, there is no “free audition” in the Kasamba sense — you pay as you go and get the first five minutes back afterward. Treat the first five minutes as your test anyway: ask your real question immediately, and end the reading if the answer is generic. You will be charged for those minutes and then repaid for them.
What a Mysticsense Reading Actually Costs
Mysticsense advisors set their own rates, separately for call, chat and video. Across all 1,034 public cards, taking each advisor’s lowest listed rate:
- Median: $2.17/min. Half of all advisors list that or less.
- The middle 80% sit between $1.42 and $3.67/min. The cheapest card is $1.17/min.
- 41% list a rate under $2/min, 78% under $3/min, and 97% at or under $5/min.
- Only one advisor’s lowest rate is above $10; the highest rate on any format is $12.33/min.
For context, the 242 advisors we have audited individually on Kasamba, Purple Garden and Keen have a median listed rate of $4.99/min, and only 23% of them list under $3. The comparison is not perfectly like-for-like — those 242 were chosen as established, well-reviewed readers rather than a full directory pull — but the gap is too large to be a sampling quirk. On Mysticsense a 20-minute reading with the median advisor costs about $43; at $4.99/min it is about $100.
Because rates differ by format, the same advisor can cost different amounts depending on how you connect. On the profiles we opened, the gap between an advisor’s call and chat rates ranged from ten cents to just over a dollar a minute, and it runs in both directions — some charge more for phone, some for chat. Check the rate on the exact button you are about to press.
Call, Chat and Video: Check Every Card
Mysticsense lists all three formats site-wide, but advisors choose which ones they offer. In our pull:
- 48% of advisors list a single format,
- 29% list two,
- 23% list call, chat and video.
So video is available, but it is the minority option. Chat readings, Mysticsense’s landing pages note, leave a transcript in your account — useful for checking a prediction later, as long as you don’t delete it. If seeing your reader matters to you, Purple Garden — where video intros are mandatory — remains the better-designed platform for it. If you are happy on the phone or in chat, Mysticsense’s format mix is not a limitation.
Availability is the other practical constraint. When we collected the data in the early-morning hours, US Eastern time, 35 of 1,034 advisors were online or in a session. Most profiles have a booking calendar; if you want a specific reader, schedule rather than wait for them to come online.
97,000 Reviews — and a Review Policy You Should Read
The directory carries 97,209 client reviews in total. Review depth is uneven: the median advisor has 30, 23% have 100 or more, 28% have fewer than 10, and 82 profiles have none yet. Seven advisors have passed 1,000 reviews.
The star ratings, though, barely move. They are shown in half-star steps, and 64% of all rated advisors show exactly 4.5 stars (another 17% show 5). A 4.5 on Mysticsense tells you almost nothing about one advisor versus another.
Part of the reason is moderation. Mysticsense’s sister site SpiritualBlossom — same operator, same software — publishes its review rules, and they are strict about what negative feedback gets through. Reviews that only say “this was a bad reading,” reviews about refunds or technical problems, and reviews the company considers “unreasonable, unfair, or vindictive” are not published. The policy states that published reviews are genuine and unaltered, and we have no reason to doubt that; but a feed that filters out short complaints will always read more positive than the experiences behind it. Compare Keen, where client reviews cannot be deleted at all — the reason we still call Keen the deepest research surface in the industry.
How to read Mysticsense reviews well:
- Sort advisors by review count, not stars. An advisor with 1,000 reviews at 4.5 has a far more tested track record than one with 12 reviews at 5.
- Read the 3- and 4-star reviews first. The complaints that survive moderation are specific by design, which makes them the most informative text on the page.
- Read the newest reviews, not the best. Mysticsense advisors set their own rates and can drift; recent clients tell you what the reader is like now.
If a Reading Goes Wrong: Time-Back, Not Refunds
This is where Mysticsense is weakest, and where most reviews say nothing. Its refund policy (last revised September 9, 2024) offers two remedies, and neither is a refund of a bad reading:
Before you spend: an unused deposit can be refunded to your card if you ask within 48 hours of paying and have not used any of it. You can do this once.
After a reading: the only remedy is time-back credit, under these rules:
- request it within 48 hours of the reading;
- it applies only to your last paid reading — if you have since seen another advisor, the request is refused;
- you get back at most 10 minutes;
- one request per month, and only after at least two other successful sessions that month (waived for your very first session);
- five requests in total, and only one per advisor;
- staff may read your transcript to assess the claim, and can refuse any request.
Put next to the other platforms we review, that is narrow. Kasamba credits up to $50 for a disappointing first session with a new advisor; PsychicOz reviews any paid reading for a full or partial refund, case by case, with no fixed cap. On Mysticsense, a 30-minute reading that goes badly can earn back 10 minutes of credit at most.
The practical defense is to never let a bad reading get long. End within the first five minutes if the advisor is generic — those minutes are credited back on your first reading anyway — and you will rarely need the refund policy.
Who Runs Mysticsense
Mysticsense’s members’ terms name the operator as Syncspert LTD, a company registered in Tel Aviv, Israel; disputes fall under Israeli law and the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa. Mysticsense’s About page says it started in 2020, which makes it much younger than Kasamba and Keen (both 1999) and Purple Garden and PsychicOz (both 2014). Its iOS app, published under Syncspert Limited, appeared in the App Store in February 2026.
Syncspert also runs SpiritualBlossom, a smaller site on the same software: the terms name the same company, and SpiritualBlossom’s review policy refers to Mysticsense as its “sister site.” The two share part of their advisor pool — 27 of the 131 SpiritualBlossom profiles we sampled have a Mysticsense profile under the same name, and the one we compared line by line, Master Enigma, tells the same 15-year story on both — and the shared advisors are not always priced the same. Master Enigma, for example, listed $1.42/min on Mysticsense and $1.18/min on SpiritualBlossom on the day we checked. If a reader you like is on both, compare. Our SpiritualBlossom review covers the sister site in full.
One policy deserves credit: Mysticsense publishes a customer-wellbeing policy that names the warning signs of compulsive reading (asking the same question repeatedly, spending more than you can afford) and says the company will suspend and alert users when it sees unhealthy spending. Few platforms put that in writing.
The Roster: Built for Love Questions
Each Mysticsense advisor names one main specialty. Across the directory, the top ten are:
| Main specialty | Advisors |
|---|---|
| Soulmates | 165 |
| Intuitive / Empath | 144 |
| Love | 143 |
| Spirituality & Psychic Ability | 118 |
| Psychic Medium | 104 |
| Life Path & Destiny | 71 |
| Clairvoyant | 66 |
| Breakup & Divorce | 51 |
| Affairs & Cheating Hearts | 46 |
| Toxic Relationships | 46 |
Relationship topics dominate — Soulmates, Love, Breakup & Divorce, Affairs and Toxic Relationships together account for more than 450 advisors. Career and money questions are the gap: only 14 advisors list Career and Money as their main specialty. Mysticsense is also new-advisor heavy: 560 of the 1,034 cards carry a “Newly Joined” badge, so check how long an advisor has been on the platform before you trust a thin review count.
Where Mysticsense Fits Among the Six Platforms
- Versus Kasamba: Kasamba’s 3 free minutes plus 50% off (up to $50 off) is the better protected first reading, and its refund remedy is far stronger. Both keep chat transcripts in your account; Mysticsense is cheaper per minute and gives more free minutes. See Kasamba vs Mysticsense.
- Versus Purple Garden: Purple Garden’s $30 credit and mandatory video intros suit people who want to see their reader first. Mysticsense wins on standard rates and review volume.
- Versus PsychicOz: PsychicOz charges one flat $2.99/min on every profile we opened and has the broadest refund promise. Mysticsense is cheaper for most advisors but far narrower on refunds. See our PsychicOz review.
- Versus Keen: Keen’s un-deletable reviews and 1,700+ advisor roster make it the better place to research one specialist in depth. On price, Mysticsense’s median advisor costs about a third of Keen’s ($6.53/min across the 49 Keen readers we audited).
- Versus SpiritualBlossom: same operator, overlapping advisors, similar rules; SpiritualBlossom swaps the 5 free minutes for a deposit bonus. Our head-to-head shows which to use when.
A Five-Step Plan for Your First Mysticsense Reading
- Shortlist by review count. Filter to your topic, then open the three advisors with the most reviews whose rate you can afford.
- Read their 3- and 4-star reviews and their newest reviews. Skip anyone whose recent reviews mention scripted openings or pushes to stay on the line.
- Check the rate on the format you will use — call, chat and video are priced separately.
- Deposit $15 if the rate is over $2/min, otherwise $10. That captures the full 5-minute credit.
- Ask your real question in the first minute. If the first five minutes are generic, end the reading. They will be credited back, and you have lost nothing but time.
What We Haven’t Tested Yet
We have not run paid sessions on Mysticsense, so this review makes no claims about how accurate or empathetic its advisors are in a live reading, how fast the time-back credit actually arrives, or how customer support handles a dispute. Those are the next things we will test, and we will publish what we find with a date on it. If you have used Mysticsense, our methodology page explains how we weigh client reports.
The Verdict
Mysticsense earns its place third in our ranking on price and on the first reading. Its median advisor costs less than half of what the established readers we audit elsewhere charge, and the 5-minute credit-back covers a real audition when you deposit the right amount. What holds it back from the top two is protection: time-back credit capped at 10 minutes, review moderation that flattens the stars, and video that only a quarter of advisors offer.
Use Mysticsense for budget chat and phone readings on love and relationship questions, shortlist by review count, and keep every first reading short until the advisor earns more time. If a written refund promise matters more to you than price, start with Kasamba or PsychicOz instead.

These are not endorsements of individual advisors: we have not yet published individual reviews for Mysticsense readers. Review counts show who has the longest public track record, which is where we would start.
What I Liked
- One of the two lowest typical price levels among the platforms we review (with sister site SpiritualBlossom): half of all advisors list $2.17/min or less.
- The 5 free minutes are worth up to $15 — enough to cover a full first audition with most advisors.
- Deep review volume: 97,000+ client reviews across the directory, and 236 advisors with 100 or more.
- Unused deposits are refundable in cash within 48 hours if you change your mind before a reading.
Could Be Better
- Refunds after a reading are time-back credit only, capped at 10 minutes, and only for your most recent paid reading.
- The review feed is moderated: vague or refund-related negative reviews are not published, so stars run high (64% of rated advisors show 4.5).
- Only 23% of advisors list all three formats; video is the exception, not the default.
- Thin on career and money specialists — just 14 advisors list it as their main specialty.
Mysticsense FAQ
Is Mysticsense legit?
Yes. Mysticsense is a working psychic marketplace operated by Syncspert LTD, a company registered in Tel Aviv, Israel, with published terms, a refund policy and a customer-wellbeing policy. It has run since 2020 and its public directory lists about 1,000 advisors with more than 97,000 client reviews between them. Legitimate is not the same as low-risk, though: its refund rules are narrow, so read them before you deposit.
How do the Mysticsense 5 free minutes work?
Open an account, make a first deposit of at least $10, and have your first reading. After it ends, Mysticsense credits the first 5 minutes back to your balance at the rate you paid. The credit is capped at $10 if you deposited $10, or $15 if you deposited $15 or more. It is account credit, not cash, and it is for new customers only.
Should I deposit $10 or $15 on Mysticsense?
Deposit $15 if your chosen advisor charges more than $2.00 per minute. With a $10 deposit the credit-back is capped at $10, so 5 minutes at $2.17 (the median rate) would already exceed it. With $15 you get the full 5 minutes back for any advisor up to $3.00 per minute.
Can I get a refund on Mysticsense?
Two kinds. An unused deposit can be refunded in cash if you ask within 48 hours of paying and have not spent any of it (once per customer). After a reading, the only remedy is time-back credit: up to 10 minutes, requested within 48 hours, and only for your most recent paid reading. You can make one such request a month and five in total.
Is Mysticsense the same company as SpiritualBlossom?
Yes. Both sites name Syncspert LTD as the operator in their terms, and SpiritualBlossom's review policy calls Mysticsense its sister site. Some advisors work on both: 27 of the 131 SpiritualBlossom profiles we sampled have a Mysticsense profile under the same name, sometimes at a different price.
Does Mysticsense have video readings?
Some advisors offer video, but most do not. In our pull of 1,034 public profiles, 48% list one format, 29% list two and 23% list call, chat and video. Check the advisor's card for a video rate before you plan a video reading.
