How this review was made. On October 9, 2026 we opened all 30 PsychicOz directory pages (specialties, abilities and tools) and every one of the 49 distinct advisor profiles they surfaced, and read its introductory-offer page, client FAQ, payment and refund policy, satisfaction guarantee, review policy and screening page. Figures below come from that pull and are stored in our audit data. We have not yet run paid test readings on PsychicOz; when we do, the results will be added here with a dated note.
Most psychic platforms make you do arithmetic before every reading: what this advisor charges, on which format, after which discount. PsychicOz removes almost all of it. On the day we checked, every advisor profile its directory showed listed exactly $2.99 per minute, for phone, chat and video alike.
That single fact changes how you should use the platform — and it is why PsychicOz ranks fourth of the six platforms we review, just behind Mysticsense and ahead of Keen.
Quick answer: PsychicOz is a legitimate Canadian platform (PsychicOz Inc., founded 2014) with one standout feature — predictability. All 49 profiles we opened list $2.99/min, new clients get 13 minutes for $9.99, and any paid reading can be reviewed for a full or partial refund within 48 hours. Its limits: a small visible roster and no price signal to help you choose. Best for a capped, refundable first reading by phone or chat.
The Flat-Rate Platform
Of the 49 advisors PsychicOz’s directory surfaced, 49 listed $2.99/min. The advisor with the most reviews in our sample, Luke, has 2,716 of them and 25+ years of stated experience; the newest have three or four reviews. They cost the same.
That is the opposite of how Keen, Kasamba and Purple Garden work, where advisors set their own rates and the most established readers charge a premium — across the 49 Keen readers we have audited, the median listed rate is $6.53/min, and the most-booked readers routinely list $10–$20. On PsychicOz, picking the most experienced, most reviewed advisor available costs you nothing extra. So pick them. Price tells you nothing here; review count and stated experience tell you a lot.
Two caveats keep this honest. First, PsychicOz’s payment policy lets an advisor request a rate change once every 30 days, so “everyone is $2.99” describes the day we checked, not a promise; always read the rate shown before you connect. Second, the rate you see is fixed for the reading: a psychic “cannot change the rate charged for a reading that is already in progress.”

For comparison, a 20-minute reading with the median Keen reader we audited costs about $131, and with the median Mysticsense advisor about $43. PsychicOz sits in the middle — and with no exceptions to check.
The Welcome Offer: 13 Minutes for $9.99
PsychicOz’s new-client offer is a package, not a coupon. You buy 10 minutes and receive 3 more free — 13 minutes for $9.99 — or 15 + 3 for $14.99. Its FAQ describes the free part as “three free reading minutes once after their first qualifying deposit,” and the offers page confirms the 3 minutes are added on top of the package.
Three details are worth knowing before you buy:
- The phone connection minute is separate. Every phone reading starts with one free connection minute, so a 13-minute package on the phone effectively runs 14.
- It is one per household, not just per account. The payment policy allows introductory offers to be limited to one per person, household, payment method, phone number, device or account.
- Free minutes have no cash value. They can’t be refunded or withdrawn — relevant if you later use the satisfaction guarantee.
How good is it? At the standard rate, 13 minutes would cost $38.87, so the package takes about $29 off your first reading — close to Purple Garden’s $30 credit, and roughly double the most Mysticsense’s 5-minute credit-back can return ($15). It is also the simplest offer of the six: you know on day one that your first reading costs $9.99, full stop, and because every advisor charges the same, you never trade down to a less experienced reader to make a discount stretch.
The Satisfaction Guarantee Is the Real Differentiator
Most platforms we review compensate a bad reading with account credit, and many limit it to your first session. PsychicOz’s guarantee (updated August 2, 2026) is broader on every axis that matters:
- It covers any eligible paid reading, not only the first, and not only the first with a given advisor — phone, chat, video and email.
- The remedy can be cash. PsychicOz “may provide a full or partial refund, PsychicOz account credit, credit toward another reading or another appropriate resolution,” and approved refunds generally go back to the original payment method.
- There is no fixed cap. Compensation is decided case by case, weighing the reading’s length, the amount paid, the reason, whether you ended promptly and any promotional minutes used.
- The deadline is 48 hours after a live reading ends, or after an email reading is delivered.
Put next to the others: Kasamba credits up to $50 for a disappointing first session with a new advisor; Keen up to $25 in Keen Dollars if you ask within 72 hours; Mysticsense and SpiritualBlossom give back at most 10 minutes of credit on your last reading only. PsychicOz is the only one of the six whose written policy allows a cash refund on any paid reading.
The honest limitation: the policy promises a review, not a refund. “Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund.” And the factor list rewards clients who end a mismatched reading quickly — which is good advice on any platform. Ask your real question in the first two minutes; if the reading is generic, end it and file within 48 hours.
The Roster: Small, Experienced, Mostly American
PsychicOz does not publish a roster count, and its directory pages don’t paginate: each of its 30 specialty, ability and tool pages shows up to nine advisors, and between them they surfaced 49 distinct advisors. That is a fraction of Keen’s 1,700+ or Mysticsense’s ~1,000, and it is the platform’s clearest limitation. If you want a niche specialist — an evidential medium for a specific loss, say — you will have far more choice elsewhere.
What the 49 lack in number they make up in stated experience:
- Median stated experience: 15 years. 20 of the 49 (41%) state 20 years or more.
- Location: 40 list the United States, 5 Canada, 3 India and 1 Australia.
- Formats: all 49 profiles show a video-chat option alongside phone or chat; 44 of 49 (90%) also take email readings.
- Subjects: love and relationships (48 of 49), career (46), life path (43) and money (36) are near-universal; past lives (19), deceased loved ones (17) and pets (11) are covered by a minority.
- Review depth: the median advisor has 21 reviews; a third have 100 or more and a third fewer than 10. Four have passed 1,000.
The most-reviewed advisors in our sample are listed in the data box below. They are not endorsements — we have not reviewed individual PsychicOz readers yet — but they are where we would start, because at a flat $2.99, a long public track record is the only thing that distinguishes one advisor from another.
Screening and Reviews
PsychicOz describes a five-stage evaluation for new advisors: an application and experience review, identity and background verification “permitted by law,” an interview, one or more test readings with experienced evaluators, and a communication and professionalism review, followed by ongoing monitoring of client feedback. It is careful to add that verification “does not certify psychic ability” — a more candid line than most platforms print.
Reviews are tied to “an identifiable reading,” so a reviewer must have actually had the session. Moderation removes contact details, abuse, spam and “false statements presented as established facts,” and the policy says moderation “should not be used to convert critical feedback into positive feedback or to hide a genuine concern merely because it is unfavorable.” In practice the stars still cluster at the top: the median displayed rating in our sample is 5.0 and the lowest is 4.6. Read the review text, not the score.
How a PsychicOz Reading Works
- Phone: press Call on the profile and PsychicOz calls you; the advisor never sees your number. The first minute is free; billing starts with minute two. PsychicOz adds no long-distance fee (your carrier’s plan still applies).
- Chat and video: billed per minute from your balance; you can end at any time.
- Email: one question per reading, fixed price shown before you submit; advisors aim to answer within 24 hours, and an unanswered request is normally cancelled and credited back at 72 hours.
- Money: no subscription and no automatic top-ups. If your balance runs out mid-reading you are offered the chance to add funds; if you don’t, the reading ends. Cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted where available.
Where PsychicOz Fits Among the Six Platforms

A Five-Step Plan for Your First PsychicOz Reading
- Pick your topic page (love, career, mediums…) and open the advisors with the most reviews — price won’t distinguish them.
- Read their newest reviews and check they take the format you want.
- Buy the 13-minute package for $9.99. If you already know you want a longer first reading, the 18-minute package is better value per minute.
- Ask your main question in the first two minutes. On the phone, the first minute is free.
- If it doesn’t connect, end it and file within 48 hours through the Resolution Center, with the date, the advisor’s name and what went wrong.
What We Haven’t Tested Yet
We have not run paid sessions on PsychicOz, so we make no claim here about reading quality, how quickly refund requests are decided, or how often they are approved. Those are the first things we will test. We also could not establish PsychicOz’s full roster size from its public pages; if it publishes one, we will add it.
The Verdict
PsychicOz earns fourth place for doing the unglamorous things best: one visible price, a first reading capped at $9.99, and the only written policy among the six platforms we review that allows a cash refund on any paid reading. It sits below Mysticsense because Mysticsense is meaningfully cheaper per minute and far larger, and above Keen because, for a first-time client, a refundable $9.99 first reading at a flat $2.99 afterward is a safer bet than Keen’s $1 trial followed by $6–$20 rates.
Choose PsychicOz if you want certainty about cost and a real route to your money back, and you are happy choosing from a few dozen experienced advisors rather than a thousand. If you need a rare specialist, start with Keen or Kasamba instead.
