Quick verdict: For most phone readings, PsychicOz is the better deal and the safer one. Every profile its directory surfaced lists $2.99/min, new clients get 13 minutes for $9.99, and any paid reading can be reviewed for a refund within 48 hours. Keen is cheaper to try (5 minutes for $1) and far deeper — 1,700+ advisors and an un-deletable review ledger — but the median Keen reader we audit lists $6.53/min, more than twice PsychicOz’s rate. Call PsychicOz for a capped, refundable reading with an experienced generalist; go to Keen when you need one specific specialist and are willing to pay for them.

What a Phone Reading Costs on Each
Keen’s $1 offer is the cheapest way to start a reading anywhere. But it covers 5 minutes, and most real phone readings run longer. Here is the arithmetic for a 20-minute call:
| 20-minute phone reading | PsychicOz | Keen (median reader) |
|---|---|---|
| First reading (with welcome offer) | ~$27.93 | ~$98.95 |
| Any later reading | ~$56.81 | ~$130.60 |
PsychicOz first reading: the $9.99 package (13 min) plus 6 more paid minutes, with the first connection minute free. Later readings: 19 paid minutes after the free connection minute. Keen: $1 for 5 minutes, then 15 minutes at $6.53; later readings 20 minutes at $6.53.
Keen can be cheaper — some of its readers list $1.99–$4.99 — but none of the 49 Keen readers we audited lists under $2, and only 14% list under $3. On PsychicOz, the most-reviewed advisor in our sample (2,716 reviews, 25+ years of stated experience) costs exactly what a newcomer does.
That flat rate is the most important structural difference between the two. On Keen, price is a signal: established readers charge more, and the $1 trial is designed to let you sample an expensive one cheaply. On PsychicOz, price is no signal at all, so the right move is simply to pick the most experienced, most reviewed advisor who is available.
Refunds: PsychicOz’s Policy Is Broader
PsychicOz’s satisfaction guarantee covers any eligible paid reading — first or fiftieth, any format — if you contact its Resolution Center within 48 hours. The outcome can be a full or partial refund to your card, account credit, credit toward another reader or another resolution, decided case by case with no fixed cap. It promises a review, not an automatic refund, and free or promotional minutes are never refundable.
Keen’s guarantee returns up to $25 in Keen Dollars — account credit, not cash — if you request it within 72 hours, and only once every 30 days.
For a client who books occasionally and wants a real route back to their money, PsychicOz is the clear winner. Keen’s longer 72-hour window is its one edge here.
How Calls Connect
Both platforms call you rather than giving you a number to dial.
- PsychicOz: press Call on an advisor’s profile and the system rings your phone; the advisor never sees your number. The first minute is free “to allow time for the client and psychic to connect,” and PsychicOz adds no long-distance fee. If an advisor is busy, a Notify button alerts you by email or text when they’re free.
- Keen: a phone network first and foremost — readers are reached through Keen’s own line, it connects quickly, and it calls you back when a busy reader frees up. Twenty-five years of telephony show in the details.
On call quality and reach, Keen’s infrastructure is the more mature. On cost control, PsychicOz’s free first minute and fixed rate are friendlier.
Roster and Research
This is Keen’s decisive advantage. With 1,700+ advisors across every specialty, Keen almost always has a reader who has handled your exact situation many times — and its client reviews cannot be deleted, which makes its ledger the deepest research surface in the industry. Our 49 individual Keen reader reviews lean on that history.
PsychicOz publishes no roster size; its 30 directory pages surfaced 49 distinct advisors. They are experienced on paper — median stated experience 15 years, 41% state 20 or more, 40 of the 49 based in the United States — and their reviews are tied to identifiable readings. But displayed ratings cluster at the top (median 5.0, lowest 4.6), so stars tell you little; read the review text and favour advisors with hundreds of reviews.
If your question is niche — an evidential medium for a specific loss, a particular tarot tradition, a timeline specialist — Keen’s depth wins. If your question is a common one (a relationship, a decision, a career move), PsychicOz’s smaller, experienced roster is usually enough.
The Decision
Choose PsychicOz if:
- you want to know exactly what a reading will cost before you call;
- you want a refund route that can return cash, not just credit;
- your question is common enough that an experienced generalist is the right reader.
Choose Keen if:
- you need a particular kind of specialist and want 1,700+ to choose from;
- you want to research an advisor’s long, un-deletable review history first;
- you want to try one in-demand reader for $1 before paying their full rate.
Using both: Keen’s $1 trial and PsychicOz’s $9.99 package are both new-client offers, so there is nothing stopping you from using each once. Use PsychicOz for a full, capped first reading and Keen’s $1 to sample a specialist you have researched. Full reviews: PsychicOz · Keen.

Yes, for almost every reading beyond the first few minutes: $2.99/min on every PsychicOz profile we opened against a $6.53/min median across the 49 Keen readers we audited. Keen’s $1-for-5-minutes offer is the cheaper way to start, but it covers only 5 minutes.

PsychicOz: any eligible paid reading, reviewed within 48 hours, for a possible full or partial refund with no fixed cap. Keen offers up to $25 in Keen Dollars within 72 hours, once every 30 days.
Which has more psychics?
Keen, by far — 1,700+ advisors. PsychicOz’s directory surfaced 49 when we checked.
Are Keen’s reviews more reliable?
